Homemade Guacamole

The doggy is still sick. He still has blood in his urine. He’s taken the antibiotics for 4 days and he has 10 left. I hope that he gets better soon. I didn’t really like the vet that I took him to this time. It wasn’t his usual vet, because the usual vet is kind of far from our house now. If he doesn’t get better I will definitely be taking him back to his usual vet.

Anyway, I actually had to make the guacamole twice for this post. The first time I made it in a green bowl and you couldn’t see the guac at all. New blogger fail. So, I made it again. Not that I’m complaining. I could eat this everyday. The hardest part of making it is waiting for the avocados to become soft. This is the perfect recipe for watching football on Sunday. We make it a lot on Sunday’s while we’re watching football. Your should plan ahead and buy avocados on Wednesday so they’re nice and soft by Sunday. Seriously, do it. You’ll be so glad on Sunday that you did it. It makes Sunday’s just a little bit easier. Unless you lock your keys in your running car like I did today. Yea. This week was horrible.

Guacamole is one of those things that is really personally. People like it so many different ways. This is the standard recipe for guacamole that we like. Obviously, feel free to taste test it and change it around based on your own preferences.
