Deviled Ham

DSCI1234

Lunch is such a hard meal to make. I seem to get stuck in a rut and make the same few things week after week. It gets old and boring quickly. Lately I have resorted to assorted cans of soup to get me through the week.

We had some leftover ham frozen from last month when we made a huge ham for just two people and Anthony wanted to try to make deviled ham. I, personally, had never heard of deviled ham and it sounded insanely weird, but I am desperate for lunch ideas so I went with it. It actually was pretty good. I was really shocked. It makes a lot of ham, so plan on having it for the entire week. And when you make it definitely buy some cheese. The cheese makes the sandwich.
