This recipe is completely different for me. To be completely honest I generally don’t drink. I have enough issues with my stomach that I don’t need to add alcohol to the mix. My husband loves this because he has a built in DD. I should become an Uber driver or something to take advantage of this.
And while I normally don’t drink, I needed a drink after this weekend. Anthony and the dog are both sick, so either Anthony is coughing all night or Orbit is pooping/vomiting all over the floor. It made for a very unpleasant weekend. Both of them are going to the doctor today and I hope both of them stop this. They need to schedule their sick time better, because they can’t be sick at the same time again. It’s just too crazy. Plus, it is actually nice outside so I wanted to make a summer cocktail. And ginger beer is ahmazing! And the beauty of cocktails is that you can hide the taste of the alcohol as much or as little as you like.
