I am loving this Indian Summer. This is definitely a great time of year. It’s nice and warm during the day so you can do outdoor activities during the day, but at night it’s cool and you can open the windows. Plus there’s that whole hoodie and fire pit thing that’s fun.
And I love that I’m still able to grill. I love grilling. It means no cleaning pots, so that is a huge win.
I also love chips. They are a guilty pleasure. Sometimes all I want to do is have a bag of salty, crunchy chips. Since they aren’t always good for you, I tried to make my own. And I made them on the grill, because why not?!
These are really good and I felt better about eating them since I bought whole wheat tortillas. I’m not saying these will satisfy my craving all the time, but it will sometimes and that’s definitely a win.
Plus, it’s kinda like eating healthyish garlic bread. And who doesn’t love garlic bread?!
